Situation of SWOT Analysis

“The company should analyze its markets and marketing environment to find attractive opportunities and identify environmental threats.” – Marketing: An Introduction, 55

Strengths:

Our company is unlike any other snack company in the world. We want our flavors to be genuine so that the customer will truly feel like they have been placed in another country, hence our snacks around the world. We value each customers opinion and are open to suggestions if a snack does not meet their standards.

Weaknesses:

The weakness that we hold is that what happens when we run out of countries to create snacks from? As well as lack of production. We need to have our company grow in production so that Phileas Fogg will be as big as other snack companies.

Opportunities:

We have the opportunity to fly past other snack companies because we are so different. Our customers will look forward to our different packaging for each country as well as the story on the back of our packaging and of course the taste. This shows that our company pays attention to detail and how the customer feels when eating one of our snacks.

Threats:

The threats we face are of course the snack competition. We are but a small company who wants to become our customer's favorite snack, but we lack the means to push our products all over America.

“The goal is to match the company’s strengths to attractive opportunities in the environment, while eliminating or overcoming the weaknesses and minimizing the threats.” – Marketing: An Introduction, 55
